Shipping

Shipping is done via UPS or USPS depending on your region.

Bear in mind that we send the packages, we don’t deliver them. If you're having a delivery delay, please contact the mailing service first.

Exchanges and Returns

Items may be exchanged with The Rite Stuff's prior consent within 7 (seven) days after you have received your items. The items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The Rite Stuff is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your post office is having issues delivering your item, please contact them.
