Shipping

Shipping is done in one of two ways: Registered airmail, or EMS.

Registered airmail can take 2 weeks or so to reach you if you live in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia-NZ, etc. Some postal services (such as USPS) do not provide point-to-point tracking for it unless you call them on the phone to ask. If you feel the package is taking too long, please contact your local post office first to see if they have kept the package for you.

EMS is fast (less than 1 week, sometimes just a few days), fully insured, and provides accurate, point-to-point tracking information. You can even have updates sent to you by e-mail. As soon as your item is sent we’ll provide you with tracking info so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.


Exchanges and Returns

Items may be exchanged with The Rite Stuff's prior consent within 7 (seven) days after you have received your items. The items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

I will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The Rite Stuff is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your post office is having issues delivering your item, please contact them. 

***Note: Shipping via DHL is not available. Please also do not use DHL to send returns or exchanges. Any courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) handling fees charged to me for a return will be deducted from refunds.***
