Shirts

Pit-to-Pit

From the uppermost part of the armpit, where it meets the arm, to the other armpit. Not along the chest or mid-armpit. 

 

Shoulders

From the top of one seam to the other.

 

Sleeves

From the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve cuff.

 

Length

From the top of the where the traps meets the neck to the hem.

 

Waist

Across the narrowest part of the stomach/waist.

 

Pants

Waist

Lay the waist flat and measure straight across at the top.

Front rise

Measure up from where the seams meet at the bottom of the crotch

Back rise

Measure up from where the seams meet at the bottom of the crotch

Thigh

Measure straight across from where the seams meet at the bottom of the crotch

Inseam

Lay the leg flat and measure measure from where the seams meet at the bottom of the crotch

Hem

Place the leg opening/hem flat and measure straight across.
