{The Rite Stuff} Harvester Long-Sleeve Henley (Ecru)

Underwear isn't just about briefs. The Harvester ecru long-sleeve henley is based on the henley shirts that became popular around the turn of the century, both as sportswear and as an undergarment for warmth and to protect one's shirts.

The Harvester shirt can be worn as a standalone shirt, or as a warm undershirt. The medium-weight fabric is neither thin nor heavy, it's just right.

Unbleached, ecru fabric recalls the rustic feel of the 1800s and early 1900s. Those dark-colored flecks you see in the fabric are cotton plant material, including leaves and stems. Don’t worry: they’re not itchy.

Lockstitch construction ensures durability at points of stress. The placket curves slightly at the top, which is our unique design. Brown genuine Mother of Pearl cat's eye buttons are period-correct and glisten in the sun, revealing myriad subtle colors. Ribbed cuffs keep out cold and keep in heat. A printed cotton label ensures maximum comfort. Side stitches allow for sizes from Small to XXL. This is a shirt to live in, and take wherever you go.
