Shipping

Shipping is done in one of two ways: Registered airmail, or EMS. As soon as your item is sent we’ll email you the tracking info so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. 

Registered airmail can take 2-3 weeks if you live in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia-NZ, etc. 

***Note*** USPS does not provide detailed online tracking for registered airmail. You must call them at 1-800-222-1811 for detailed tracking. I’m not sure why they do this, but they do, sorry!

If you feel the package is taking too long, please call the above number or visit/call your local post office first to see if they have kept the package for you.

EMS is fast (less than 1 week, sometimes just a few days), and provides completely detailed online tracking. You can even have updates sent to you by e-mail. 

Bear in mind that we send the packages, we don’t deliver them.

Exchanges and Returns

Items may be exchanged with The Rite Stuff's prior consent within 7 (seven) days after you have received your items. The items must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

I will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The Rite Stuff is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If your post office is having issues delivering your item, please contact them.
